Jessica Blake

Jess gained a Bed Hons degree at King Alfred’s College in Winchester and has been teaching for 26 years. She has worked as a SENDCo in both mainstream and independent schools and has spent many years as a specialist autism teacher in a special needs school, co-leading the autism provision.

She has supported individual children and families across a wide age range and has a wealth of training and expertise in many strategies and approaches including PECS, Attention Autism and the SCERTS framework. She achieved a Level 3 certificate in ‘Taking a lead in Autism’ from the Autism Education Trust (AET)

Jess has planned and delivered training to families and professionals in order to support the best possible outcomes for children and young people on the spectrum, something she feels very passionate about.
