Jayne has a BA Honours Degree in Religious Studies and a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management. She has worked in educational settings for over twenty years, including four years teaching in Japan, where she was in charge of teacher training in three schools.

For the last fifteen years Jayne has worked in a junior school in Buckinghamshire gaining qualifications in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools, NAS accredited certificates and attaining her Higher Level Teaching Assistant status. She has extensive experience supporting pupils on the autism spectrum and other areas of SEN.
