Jayne has a BA Honours Degree in Religious Studies and a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management. She has worked in educational settings for over twenty years, including four years teaching in Japan, where she was in charge of teacher training in three schools.
Over the past eighteen years, Jayne has worked within primary schools in Buckinghamshire, gaining qualifications in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools, NAS-accredited certifications, and Higher Level Teaching Assistant status. Throughout her career, she has had extensive experience in Special Educational Needs and supporting autistic pupils in schools and students within further education settings.
Jayne previously worked for Autism Teaching Company, providing specialist support to autistic young people and their families. She now brings this valuable experience and knowledge to her administrative role.
